PC on Iron Ingots and Wooden Planks

I have 971 Iron ingots and 976 Wooden planks.
can i sell sell them? If yes, how much each?
If not, could i use them for another purpose?

Most plans and Iron are used for making sets of armor, crafting rare materials and also to craft weapons. Examples of armor Wood for Rangers - Iron for Tanks, I try hard to keep all my materials, because I'm sure other characters + Guildies will need them, stacks of wood (250 planks) are selling 1250 now, not too sure about planks though. Try and keep them =).
