Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Double adrenaline on hit (Chance: 9%)
Armor +7 (vs elemental attacks)

Skeleton Shield (GOLD)
Armor: 16 (requires 12 tactics)
Health +41 (while in a stance)

merch both imo.... hammer isn't max... shield is high req tactics and non-max mod
