Two small suggestions

Okay, so there are tons of great suggestions out there, such as an auction house, a better way to form Heroes Ascent PUGs, etc... But these are big ideas that ANet most likely isn't going to impliment these features, and if they do, you all know they're gonna make us buy the features from the store.

So instead of proposing another big idea, I have two very small suggestions that I feel would be very easilly to implement to the game and would benefit most players.

1) Majority-based cinematic skipping. If more than 50% of the party (5/8, 4/6, 3/4) want to skip the cinematic, it gets skipped. This would be better than what we currently have, all players having to skip. I don't know how many times I've had to sit though a long boring cinematic for the 100th time because 1 person is AFK or doesn't want to skip it...

2) Colored targetting system in Heroes Ascent for ghostly heroes in HoH/CY (and priests for CY). Lets say 2 ghosts are capping in HoH. If 2 players used savage shot on different ghosts, both would show up as "I'm using Savage Shot on Ghostly Hero!". My suggestion is to have it show up as "I'm using Savage Shot on Ghostly Hero (Blue)!" or have the text "Ghostly Hero" show up in Blue (or whatever colour team you are targetting). You could have the entire team color coded if you want and have it on all the maps but my main concern is for ghostly heroes and priests.

So yea.... comment or whatever on my 2 suggestions. And ANet, if you decide to implement these features, don't make us buy them from the store Thanks...

Instead of your #1 idea, just make cinematics individual.

So you can skip, but if one player doesn't want to, he does not have to.

People want/need to see the cinamatics, Anet will not deny them this Privelige, because the first time through both games (Until I learned about Minions Dying, But then Anet Fixed this Problem) I Watched every cutscene, and plan to do the same in Nightfall, because I enjoy the story behind the game.

Okay So in Missions with Cutscenes right in the middle with, let's say a battle directly after? The bodies are there but the Individuals are still in Cutscene? =Failure of Mission, and after one person ends the cutscene, does the timer start?

Someone posted some stupid reasons against the my 2nd suggestion and I argued against them and I guess they realized how stupid their reason's were and deleted their posts.

Valid points. However I still think its kind of silly if 7/8 people want to skip the cinematic and 1 doesn't, that all 8 have to sit through it, thus why a majority-skip system would be better suited. Perhaps, also adding in a feature to go back and watch cinematics after, so for the 1 or 2 people that did want to see it, can still see it, just without slowing down the whole group.

As for the individual cut scenes, you're right. But there are some situations when that could work, such as the end of the mission.

that would work for cinematics at the end of a mission, but ones at the beginning or middle would cause problems. Instead, I'd prefer to have an NPC in the outpost after the mission that would let you replay the cinimatics.

Wouldn't need suggestion #2, seeing on vent or TS you would say " go on blue ghost". If not on vent or TS I would say it's nonsense to not be on while doing HA or GVG.

Yes, Iway does not use vent or TS most of the time, but when do they ever focus on a ghost to mainly interrupt.

Oh, its not needed but it would sure help. I mean who needs the targetting system at all, you can just call "get this warrior near me" on vent. Who needs to be able to call skills like aegis? You should be keeping up the aegis chain on vent. Healing Seeds? Hex Removal? You should be calling it on vent, who needs the feature to call it in game~ So while I agree with you that its not needed, it would definately help.

Also I beg to differ on HAing without voice comm. Koreans dominate without voice comm, but they're korean >_>. Still, fun fact: Leeloof Esp (rank 13 non-korean guy, I think hes like 1/3 or 1/4 to r14 too ) doesn't have a mic. Voice comm certinaly helps but its not a requirement

And as for IWAY, I think almost all good IWAYs (the ones that can play through all 8 maps and hold halls a couple, not the ones that farm the first 2 or 3 maps and lsoe) use voice comm. (And for the record I haven't IWAYed in like a month and a half so what does it have to do with this topic ~.~)
