Wild Strike?
joncoish
I use this skill a lot in my builds because of the fast recharge and low energy cost, so I still think it's a great skill in some ways, but the removing stance part seems kind of stupid. If it can be blocked, what's the point of using it to remove stances? The stances you want to remove are the ones that cause your targets to avoid all your attacks, so seems kind of counter effective to me. Also, it's an off-hand attack, meaning you need to hit the lead attack first before this can even have a chance of working. Seems kind of stupid. If you're going to make an assassin skill for removing stances, might as well make it a guarantee like wild blow, and make it a lead attack maybe with a higher recharge.

lead attack? no
higher recharge ? no
guarantee remove? yes
keep in mind, yes there are several stance that are meant to evade or block physical attack, but there are some other stances that do other job.
consider the low cost and low recharge of wild strike, stance removal effect is just a bonus to it.
personal I love wild strike solely because the low charge and cost. its purpose is to allow the use of dual attack, remove stance? I don't really care. :P

pve-er, 75% change to block is NO guarantee to remove the stance.

with fox's promise, you're dead sure to have wild strike's full effect [damage, low recharge off-hand AND removes a stance] AS LONG AS you're not blind.
come to think of it, for ~20 secs [more than 20 secs with an enchanting mod], none of your attacks can be blocked or evaded. FP > US > WS > TF or CS or DB means you have a pretty spammable combo that can spike. add your favorite heals/protective buffs like protective spirit and shielding hands or resilient weapon and wielder's boon or utility skills and healing skills like siphon speed and feigned neutrality and you have a good enough build that will make rangers regret touching you!
or warriors with defensive stance or mesmers with distortion.

I love the skill as well. As I've said, I usually use it as my main offhand attack because it's cheap and has a fast recharge, but I just think the stance removal is pointless. I don't think I've ever removed a stance with it, because anyone who I fight against with a stance always avoids my lead attack anyway, so this one also misses. Having to combine it with fox's promise and use up another slot seems kind of unfair to me, when warriors have wild blow that doesn't require another skill to work.

I think you should see the stance removing ability more like a nice extra. don't forget that if you make it unblockable, it will come with the price that for example the damage is lowered. currently I see this skill as better then fox fangs, because of the lower recharge and better damage. so you could say this is a better link between lead and dual attack.
btw, if you miss the first time with your wild strike, you only have to wait 4 seconds and you can wildstrike again. the fact that the hit chance is little then doesn't matter at all
