2nd 15 attribute quest bugged? (Tyria)

Just did the 1st attribute quest on my mesmer. got 15 attributes (before anyone says I'm a canthan char, I'm not ) and fought my way to copperhammer. I went to vanji in drok's, she says I should visit the forgotten in the desert. I've already done that, and that other quest of her where you have to visit those 3 small outposts.

Anything I can do? I want my 200 attributes

Have you done any of the seconday profession change quests? (paths). You need to do atleast one to get the quest for your second 15 attribute quest.

Ah I haven't. Thank you can't remember I ever did that, but I haven't created a tyrian char in ages ^^
