not a chance - the market on fellblades is down and a non-max dmg mod reduces its value even more.
I'd say 5k each, maybe a little more but hp below's are hard to sell.
You might want to try salvaging the zealous fellblade to see if you get the zealous hilt - it's likely worth more than the sword.
