Sardelac forum restriction

I find the qualities of ideas in Sardelac is just low...as many as 80% of all the posts in there are posted by people that haven't played the game for very long. I suggest to set a restriction to block people from posting new treads (replies ok) in sardelac if they joined the forum for less than 2 months.

Also, I found my new thread button is still up in Game and Dev forum. Some admin need to check on this.
