PC on req, 8, 15-21, 15^50 Brute sword

I know this was posted in the sticky thread about rare skin weapons... but i didn't knew for sure if it was the right price check since this one isn't max dmg.

here it is:

Crippling Brute Sword (Gold)
Damage: 15-21 (req. 8 Swordmanship)
Damage 15% (While health is above 50%)
Lengthens crippled duration on foes by 33%

I need a price check on this one badly, please.
