hmm strange, HCT for global and Healing? not possible to have both at once, obviously. Or hct global / hsr Healing?

Holy Staff of Warding
Energy +10
Fire Dmg 11-22
req 11 DF
Halves recharge Healing 19%
Halves casting time all 10%
Armor +7 vs elemental

10% Casting 20% Recharge Healing
Armor +5 and 20% Enchantments Last Longer
