It seems to be the Jade skin, but dunno if this is the same as Mursaat skin.
So i dunno what it's worth.

yeah, they are the same. Mursaat bow was listed as Jade Bow on wiki i think. Last time i had a look anyway. So your PC is in here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?t=3063024
