the req of 13 tactics kills it for a traditional pvp war imo, but still good for a caster or tank type

40-50k imo also... most casters won't pay that much, they want them cheap

Its just really hard to sell req13 tactics. The skin is real nice and mods also. Maybe u can get higher then 30-40k but u really have to find the right person.

i cant sell my req 11, same stats at 60k... so for this around 35k
