okay.... this is why...

for one, it's req is illusion....

second, mesmers have fast cast, so 10% casting is junk to them...

third, most +5 10% recharge wands don't sell for much more than around 15k now, and yours is 10% casting which lowers value alot

so yeah, I'm sure
