www.Guildwarslatino.com has had the same info for the longest time, almost a year i think, and guildwars is just now adoptng this. I do Like it and thank Anet for more improvements but I wonder how GWLatino got the info to make a very detailed ladder before Anet even started to put one up? Maybe the info is released to every fan site?
