ah no it =4 where do i turn this in so they can correct it it has happened more than once. i dont know if it varries like from 14-10=3 because i havent tried any higher skills. can some one help?

ok ive recently been doing some farming and well i died. i went back with lower health and killed. got to where my total energy was 19/19 norm 20/20. nehow this is how i discoverd this bug. from what i can tell it only affects 9 energy i use a 5 energy skill from 9 left and it drops me to 3 energy. its fine from begining 19-5=14 14-5=9 9-5=3 ah no it =4 where do i turn this in so they can correct it it has happened more than once. i dont know if it varries like from 14-10=3 because i havent tried any higher skills. can some one help?
