Inherent means: "NOT FROM VAMPIRIC MOD", -1 health degen is a negative mod for +dmg% always mods.

Type of Weapon doesn't matter, but One-handed greatly prefered.

Req doesnt mean anything. The +dmg% mod doesn't matter, but 15% perfered.
