Is my secondary profession lost forever?

During the Nigth Fall Event I fiddled around with the different new options. One of them was enabling/disabling your seconday profession. Now...I forgot to enable my secondary professions before the Event ran out - are my profession (and ALL the skills) lost!?!

Yes I have tapped all the buttons that I could, but there seems to be no means of gettig the secondary profession back. This is really weird, because Anet that not warn you that anything like that would accour...

Yes there is.. I forgot that I left my ranger as just R, went to Seeker's Passage and sorted it instantly:

I have not ascended yet, so I don´t know if I can just go and talk to the professions trainers like you did. But I tried right now, and they just say the usual nonsense...maybe I have to be ascenden, but it seems weird that Anet would like it to be like that? and what about my Canthan character - where would be the place to sort that out?

yup! I was just told at the great temple: you have to be ascended or closer to the stars.....CRAP!!!! I really hate Anet for this.

Yes, like how they reverted shouts range and CoP?

It isn't his fault mate, if he wasn't able to change his secondary in the first place (because he isnt ascended/closer to the stars) he shouldn't have been able to edit it during the preview (because in the end only anet knows what they will keep after the preview and what they revert). Anet could've forseen this, players could only guess.
