General PvE Build?

Hello, I was wondering what is a really effective general PvE build for missions and quests in Cantha?

My skill bar looks something like:

Cyclone Axe
Penetrating Blow
Eviscerate
Bonetti's Defense
Shield Stance
Watch Yourself
Healing Signet
Rebirth/Ressurection Chant

This was basically what I used in most of Tyria, but I'm not sure if i should alter my build for Cantha =/

Attributes were along the lines of 13 axe, 16 tactics, and 4 strength

Any help would be appreciated, thanks =D

If you run 16 in Axe rather than tactics you'll already notice a huge improvement.

Yeah theres really no need for that much tactics... switch axe for tactics like Snipious said... drop tactics a bit and boost strength a bit. Chuck Bonnettis too, its useless.
