PC on these 2 golds

I need a price check on these 2 items there both gold and both max.

hale forbidden staff of shelter(req 12 smithing): 10 energy, 28hp, and 7 amror vs pyhsical attacks

zealous golden maul of warding(req 10 hammer) 15% in stance, 1 energy on hit, -1 energy degen, and 7 armor vs elemental attacks

For the staff the req is horrible, and teh maul stats are pretty horrid.. I dunno
