Kappa farming?

Does anyone have a build to farm Kappa's for Kappa Shields? I know there's about 15 or so right outside of Gyala Hatchery, but Turtle Shell is proving to be difficult (they're level 23). Life stealing ignores it though, so I was thinking of making a touch ranger using Storm Chaser for energy management. It should be able to kill the Kappas easily enough, I'm just not sure whether it would be able to take the cold, though getting armor with bonus armor against cold should do it.

Ideas/suggestions/comments/insults?

vengeful works great, epecially if you throw in mantra of frost.

55 with ss works on them, just rather slow..>.> and uh, they dont drop anything good, farmed for a while and didnt even get a purple.

I'm more interested in the chance of getting a Kappa Shield, as only Kappas and Seige Turtles drop them (according to GuildWiki). Which would you rather farm? It wouldn't be something I would do hardcore, just for a little while to change from Vermin or FoW Spiders.

gl Why thank you . Guess I should start working on a ritualist, VwK seems useful for farming in general. It's nice to know that your predictions from the previews turn out right .
