Dervish:
Divine Sanctity: Enchantment Spell. All nearby foes take 150 holy damage, for 30 seconds your attacks deal holy damage and have 25% armor penetration. When divine sanctity end, all foes in the area take 10 damage for every hit while under the effects of this enchantment.

I can't think of one for paragon that would be appropriate.

Simple, think of what the class does then go totally out of balance, add a chunk of "celestial mumbo jumbo", and you are done.

Paragon: Heavenly Chorus (Refrain)
All nearby allies gain +60 armor for 30 seconds This chant is renewed for all nearby allies each time an ally activates a celestial skill.

or

Celestial Barrage: Throw 42 Spears dealing +23 at enemies nearby. (think Predator machinegun scene, animation of Paragon freezes the moment the spear is supposed to leave his hand and 42 projectiles get fired in rapid succession)

these are great skills can be used once or can use when killed an boss, like in raise place.

I say just make one alternative skill for every other class besides the core and assassin and rit. Otherwise each chapter they would still have to keep adding new ones. Just make it easy

May as well add:

-very powerful skills
-one use until a boss is killed (I think, I haven't played with any of those skills for a few months now).
-replaces one of your skills temporarily (returns after mission ends).

Also note: They are Skills, and nothing else (People have suggested Enchantments or Shouts)

Therefore:

Dervish: Celestial Form: for 30 seconds, Party gains 2 Energy and 25Hp when an attatck Hits

Paragon: For 15 Seconds, Shouts and Chants last 200% Longer
