I figure I could create a build eventually with some testing, but equipment takes gold, of which I have none. Basically:
1. Are the +5NRG bows being used? If yes, in Cripshot? Interrupt? Etc...?
2. Is the new Sundering mod better than Vampiric?
I'll add more questions as I need to I guess. Thanks. =p
Been out of action for a while, what's the standard equipment these days?

Sundering still sucks.
IIRC there are only the bows you craft in divine path(long and shortbows I think) and Rotwings that give 5 NRG. I guess you could use rotwings when playing a cripshot just to spread some degen or whatnot. But a Crippling Recurve of Fort and a Poisonous short would work better in my opinion.

Still 33% conditions are the best for ranger. Druids armor is still best the preperation armor is nice. +30 hp is best for rangers. +5 is ok for crip but not really needed (just dont go crazy with the cripshots!). Thats it id say.

For Cripshot I use a crippling upgrade and as for interrupt I usually use a zealous or vampiric upgrade.

If you run Expertise, Marksmanship and Wilderness Survival at 16-10-10 respectively, for cripshot, then the crippling mod is best used. Marksmanship at 10 lands Crippling Shot on a 6 second duration. 33% of 6 is 2, leading to 8 seconds of cripple, which is definitely a worth while investment for a prefix bow mod'.
Again, but for interrupt, if you run 16-10-10 respectively, you would be best with a zealous mod to keep energy usage at its minimum. Since you can, technically spam 4 interrupts in under 10 seconds, energy maintanance is critical.
Sundering doesn't and will never have the consistancy of vampiric.
Edit: Missed this, "Equipment takes gold". You can allways use collector equipment which can usually be obtain with basic farming. Sometimes there are sellers of the collectable items in outposts near the collectors. However, upgrades are farmable but with minimal consistancy and pure luck, and would cost a few gold pieces, but not many.

1. 16 in Expertise? Wasn't 14 still the breakpoint required?
2. So are +15%>50% mods still the best?

2. So are +15%>50% mods still the best? 1. Look here: Expertise Table
2. 15^50 is the most unconditional one you will get apart from -5e or -10AL. I personally use 2 +15%-10AL's, one with a +7Phys and one with a +7Ele. Then I have a 15%50 with +30 health.

What about Major Runes? Are they useful now?
