As for the topic at hand; Yes, this is a design flaw that has plagued GW for far too long.

It definitely is an old bug and it definitely happens all the time. It has nothing to do with lag.
It is also just as possible to get stuck in stairs or on top of a dead pet or fall directly into flat ground or fall under a bridge or other ways due to similar bugs (or maybe they are all one bug, all I know is they are all very old bugged ways to get stuck and they all need to be fixed).

A huge problem with this, in my opinion, is that myself and a number of others I've asked never actually get around to reporting the terrain glitches. When you're in the game, you want to get into the action and play, and not worry about filing a bug report, but if you don't, then it's rather hard to fix a problem they may not even know exists. (They know that terrain glitches exist, of course, but where exactly they're occurring is probably important.)
I've taken numerous screenshots that I eventually just deleted when that file was getting too big, and with them, potentially useful information.

It's pretty common for people to get stuck. You may have wondered why most active GvG players will always make sure to bring a vamp - this is it.
Don't kid yourself about Anet not knowing about this either; this bug's been around for most of GW's lifetime. For whatever reason, it apparently doesn't rank high enough on the importance list for anything to be done about it...

My Assasin's inventory hold Shiro's Blades. Still I just waited that match end because I focused to tell this bug. Also I know this bug is old but it is not excuse to Anet not to fix it with high priority. Not to mention it happened me first time and before I only saw this bug happened many times to Construct in one mission.
