+30 health always and some sort of damage reduce mod (damage mod can be nething) and req 9 er 10 would be best.

havent bought the above sheild yet still looking for one with +30 always and damage reduce mod of some sort would prefer str req as well

I know the req are higher than you want but have +29 -2 Stance Tall for 60k (Under Guru PC)
