Viper's nest and/or poisonous bite + toxicity... good degen?

I dunno... was doddling around the new ranger skills (i love them but just dont get to use them much) and came across toxicity... then i thought to myself...

"Hey self, what if I set up a trap and have the spirit toxicity along with it? they would be taken good hp degen for those 17 seconds (if BM at 12)..."

And since those are beast mastery.. i suppose you give your pet poisonous bite... and most use bow mastery so i suppose you could use some sort of poison arrow shot like poison arrow or apply poison...

may not have too much pvp weight but I could see it doing well in pvp groups.. what you think?

Edit: I just noticed its even better than i thought.... poisoned condition already gives you a -4 hp degen (8 health per second) and if you have high enough bm, toxicity gives another 4 hp degen.... so you're like losing 16 health per second i think... unless 2 degens dont stack or something
