It just hit me and nobody else seems to care, aggressive refrain and soldiers fury ARE NOT STANCES!
This means you can get that incredibly powerful 50% IAS without a dead party member (the only previous method was iway + stance)....
R/P with TF and agressive refrain anyone?
P/W with flail and aggressive refrain?
W/P with flail and aggressive refrain?
Hell P/X using aggressive refrain and soldiers fury.
I don't know if anybody else had even noticed this but it kinda just hit me.
With 33% ias damage and adrenaline is 150%.. at 50% ias its 200%.

However, it does mean that a change in the line for Warriors may be in order. Maybe we'll finally find something to compete with Frenzy as the Ias of choice?
...nah. One's too expensive and the other snags your Elite.

Wow good call savio... they caught it even before I did. Bummer... I remember how fun it was to go 150%.
Aggressive Refrain could be the new IAS of choice, only needs to be put up once in a real fight if you have a pargon with anthem of flame (hell even a war could carry it, wouldn't get the full effect because he can't spec leadership but eh, all your guys can use aggressive refrain.

Yea they capped IAS because of IWAY using TF + IWAY for 50% IAS.
