How can you aquire barrage in prophecies?

As in prophecoes, it sais you can only aquir it from killing markis at ironmines of melandrew so i killed markis and was going to use the signet on him but then the mission ended! So Ive not yet discovered another way though and i have 87% of the map explored on my ranger.

Kill markis first, cap him and then kill the jade armours

If you kill the jade armours first and then markis, the mission will end just like you had said.

it can also be capped in abbadon's mouth if i remember but gettin it off markis is way easier. just leave one set of the jades alive and kill markis. the missions shouldnt end until all of his jade bodyguards have been killed also.

Check this thread for details on how to cap Barrage at the beginning of the Iron Mines mission. It uses Necrotic Transversal so you'd have to go secondary Necro but it's a lot faster and easier than capping it at the end of the mission. Thanks to the OP of that thread I helped my friend cap Barrage this way. The henchmen occasionally get caught up on the Mantle vs. Stone Summit battle but just restart until you can get them to behave.

There is a Behemoth boss in the bonus area of Abaddons that has it.

BTW, I'd like to ask, unless they reverted it, MONTHS ago they fixed this by making some of the Jade Armors by him only spawn AFTER he is dead (giving enough time to cap, since you gotta beat them too for the mission to end).

By your post as of Today, this feature is either removed now (possibly as an incentive to buy Factions, where it is the easiest cap in the world), or is bugged right now.
