Cold damage- 14-28 (8 marksmanship)
Damage +14% (While in Stance)

That bow isn't worth too much. It's not a rare skin, it's not max damage, the modify isn't max either. I would salvage it for either the Icy Bow String (sells for 500-1K] or the +29hp upgrade.
