Cap on healing reduction?

I was just wondering, is there a cap on the amount you can reduce enemy healing by? Like 50% or something?

This was in response to SB/RI where both Defile Flesh and mark of Death would be put on the target in the spike. Making it much harder to heal through.

That's what I figured... Was thinking of a Lingering + Mark of Death + Defile Flesh + Malign Intervention spike-assist combo. Thought it sounded a little insane to drop healing by that much.
