WTB Kappa Shield 9 tactics or lower, any mods

I'm looking for kappa shields 16 armor, 9 tactics or lower and it doesnt matter what mods are on it or even if it's clean. I'm looking for at least 3 of these. I'm willing to offer 10k per shield. Thanks.
