Again, I am not entirely sure, but I do believe Stormbows can have +5E. I've never seen one myself, but technically they can according to Gwiki..

My guess is that they are extremely rare, given they do actually exist.

Incidentally, I wrote that note. Stormbows don't drop in Cantha, so no, they don't come with Energy +5. The only bow in Tyria with Energy +5 is the Rotwing Recurve Bow.

But if Stormbows drop in the UW and UW is accessible from both Tyria and Cantha, that still makes it a no?

BTW, there aren't any crafters that craft any type of bow besides Long and Short, IIRC.
