Healing Sig.
Rez Sig.

Good or bad? Seems to be working for me so far. Give ideas if you have them

Tactics AND Swordsmanship 16? What leet hax do you have?

Well, I'd take Final Thrust instead of either Galrath or Thrill, and bring Dolyak Sig. Others seem fine. Also, it's better to just use superior rune on the weapon attribute.

PvE? Take Rebirth instead of Res Siggy. Drop the tactics to a minor rune, take out Thrill for Final Thrust. Don't worry about heal sig and shield stance doing less for you. Monks are there to help.
