I don't know if it's normal, but a guildie called it to my attention tonight and apparently it's been going on all day. It's pretty silly. If you target one you can join in the circle of doom.

Every time the battle line gets updated, Kurzick and Luxon towns have that brief fight between the guards, where the current side holding the town emerges victorious. But as you can see here, when the guards in Vasburg start to chase each other and are blocked by that object, it'll take a long time for them to get to their target.

So if you want to see one forming, you could try being at the location before the battle line gets updated.

IT WAS THE LUXONS!!! According to my extensive research: EVERYTHING that goes wrong or sucks in GW (eg Troll Nerf, 15% unconditional bug) can be directed at the Luxons. They caused everything. If everyone went Kurzick the world would be a better place.................
