PC near-perfect Brute Sword

I don't deal with "nice" stuff every day, so I was very surprised to ID this:

Ebon Brute Sword of Fortitude
Earth Dmg: 15-22 (Req. 9)
Damage +15%
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Health +29

The few Brute Swords I've found in the auctions are going for astronomical prices, which doesn't necessarily help me understand what mine is worth. Can anyone help?

I would deffinately say on the lower end of what the sticky says for +15%/-10
