I just made this build tonight, never got a chance to try it out (now at work), but it looks pretty decent. Tell me what you think:

For Equipment, I use the Razorstone and a -5(20%) +30 shield. There's no particular place this build is effective, that I could tell, just that it's a generic/all-around kinda build.
The idea is to be able to build up an amount of conditions quickly on a target, this should apply Deep Wound, Cripple, then you're open to knockdown for interrupt, then apply poison and knockdown again, then re-supply your energy and health with ViM.
EDIT: Tried this out a little, made some modifications. This seems to work pretty decent as a solo build with Dash/Malice/Dolyak, but I think would have a much better effect in a team build with the Res Sig.

It's a nice build, but you're only getting the benefit of ViM three times. ViM is most powerful when you can trigger the health gain and energy gain many times.
I prefer W/Me, especially for solo, just so I can use Epidemic. It is unattributed, casts in 1/4 second, and lets you triple or more the health and energy gain. If there are three enemies, with just two conditions you can be gaining 336 health and 30 energy from it. I find you get far more benefit from ViM if you spread the conditions between multiple foes than try to put as many conditions on one foe as possible.
Using this build, there have been many times when there were too many enemies and the healer couldn't afford to heal me, but more enemies is good right? Three conditions on my target, around six enemies, Epidemic, ViM -> I go from about 20 health to full health.
