Uw ore Fow?

I like to play Uw, its about tactics and team work.
The most I play whit me ranger.(trapper).
What profession you like to play and what you like more,
play Fow ore Uw?

FoW, with a warrior tank and three men.

UW - echo ss/sv necro and 55/600 monk tank
FoW - 3 man team (2 monks and an ss/sv necro)

I prefer UW. FoW is all gloomy and depressing, whereas UW is dark and mysterious.

FoW, as Mesmer (interrupting or nuking), or as tank. Don't care about party size, but we've done 5 quite effectively.

FoW as ranger interupter or as tank.

Both. I initially shirked UW cos of those aatxes, but with a 55 hp they're a joke (as long as they don't charge me) Now my necro makes trips to both while my other chars hug the statue of balth.

FoW, as it's a bit more free than UW, there's no quests required to progress in the instance..

Also, it's much more intense, so to speak, and I really like giving them abyssals a beating.

I love taking my ranger to FoW. There was a time that I only ever went to UW though. That was a long time ago.

UW as a nuker, FoW is ok aswel, but the spider cave takes an eternity as an ele :P

FoW as tank in a 5man is the most fun for me...

Definitely FoW. FoW is much more "rounded" and "balanced" imho. The mobs are much more diverse and it hasn't the farming tag stuck on it, like it is the case for UW, except for the spider cave maybe.

Monk and Mesmer are my favorite professions in FoW. I really like monking in the FoW, just don't ask me to be the bonder. I just don't like it, no matter how efficient it is. Also, imho, the fissure is one of the PvE areas where mesmers really shine. I'm convinced it was designed for Mesmers.

UW quite simply ectos are worth more than shards.

I like fow more than the uw.
In fow I usually go as mesmer with different build depending on what I feel like.

UW, we have been doing IWAY these days and its just great.

I haven't done either in a very, very long time... but when I started playing I did UW a lot more than FoW to get skill points (more 10k exp quests), mainly with my ele (back when I thought nukers were actually good). Then I tried to lead pugs to clear it, but pugs are pugs and UW is big. Never actually got all of it.

Several months later, I 2-man farmed UW as a necro for my fow armor for a while.

Then tried to solo FoW as a 55 necro and relatively recently, spider cave with a warrior. I've been in a serious quest group for FoW only a handful of times.

My most recent 2 trips were with my guild to get a guildy FoW armor and we absolutely blazed through to the forgemaster. If only I could get them away from HA and to clear FoW and UW... >.>

FoW is more on combat and phat lewt, whilst UW requires a bit more teamwork, and is more on quests and unlocking areas.

If I could only pick one, I'd go with FoW as it's a big source of money and item drops.

UW ftw... FoW is boring. And atracts too many people.

Uw definatly the quests are more fun to do and the fact a monster can kill you in 2 hits adds a bit of excitment to it.
