What's With All This lag?

Is it me or recently is there SO much lag its untrue?

I use an 8mb line and my computer can handle any game out there on the market, with EASE, but im lagging up on guild wars a lot recently, even if using henchmen.

Is this happening to everyone, or is something going on I havent realised yet with my setup?

I also have an 8MB line and am also having horrific lag from time to time.

I personally put it down to my memory...I had to remove half of it when it went faulty and haven't gotten around to replacing it yet. Don't think it was too laggy before removing half though.

I had 3 err7s in the space of 15 minutes about half an hour ago... then i got bored and started surfing hte web at the same time and now i'm ok...

Well I have 2gb ram, 3.6 Pentium D dual processors, 512 graphics card etc. So it isnt the pc. And an 8mb broadband line.

Yet I lag. Not always, just recently its been coming and going when I encounter enemies.

I'm on the Euro servers if it makes any difference.

Can't even connect to GW atm. Neither can another mate. It's gotta be their servers?

I feel like a druggy, I need my GW fix man!

Mine lags also primarily on meeting enemies. It gets VERY VERY laggy at the start of a battle and after 30-60 seconds gets back to normal again.

I tend to lag and err-7 when all the kids come home from school, funny that.....

I got a 'decent' computer, and a 756 connection (split 4 ways) yet even with us all four playing GW at once, none of us lag and have never gotten err 7.

I have lag once in awhile, but almost NEVER disconnect. My daughter and I share a direct wired DSL connection, and were doing Abaddon's Mouth with a PUG last evening. Lost one member early into the mission, and another right after the door. With 4 seals to go, I froze for half a minute, corrected, then disconnected. My daughter's computer is slower than mine, but she had no problem whatsoever. At least they were able to complete the mission with the 5 remaining members.

It seems that there are 2 different situations going on: (West?) USA and Australia has connection/disconnection problems, Europe gets extreme lags... gg anet :'(

No lag here at all, infact I can't remember the last time I had any lag while playing the game.

It's a lag fest for me + guild...6 Error 7s in 5 GvGs...
