ok I just buoght factions to add to my prophicies account and I want to know how to get my lvl 20 necro from tyria to cantha please help me.

Talk to Firstwatch Sergio in Lion's Arch and take the "Mhenlo's Request" quest.

Not entirely sure, but Guildwiki says this:

I'm pretty sure you get a quest from someone at Lions Arch and sail to Cantha
