How long after I delete a character can another person take his/her name?

Your name will be reserved for you for 1 hour after you delete your character.
And I have no idea if and where you can your name.
Also, if by "sell" mean real cash then that would be against the EULA.

i had an "angel of destiny" in my guild ages ago and he deleted that char and when he went to remake it a short time later someone had taken it. so he called it "angel of destinyb"
