Is there any way that I can get additional attribute points after reaching lvl 20?

200 attribute points are the most you can get. Just read the Frequently asked questions thread or check out this thread that's just a few spots below yours.

yes in both Prophecies and Factions there are 2 quests that will give you an additional 15 points each. You can only do 2 of these quests. After you get 200 you're maxxed.

In the faq section of this forum, there is a quide about the extra attribute points and the quests.

It is by far easier to get your extra points in factions, but the hero's challenge quest is my fav, just for the challenge.
