You can find a high req for very cheap (<10k) If you look around enough

if its the new luxon skin, you can expect to spend about 2x as much as the normal skin

actually the last req 11 luxon sold on here for around 100k or such... I still haven't seen very many of them... an old skin hand axe you can pick up req 11 for like 8k so it's more like 10x
