Alright, so, I'm wanting to capture all the Elites for my Elementalist, but, I can't seem to find out how I can get to the other areas of the Luxon's.
I'm Kuzrick ingame if your wondering, and all that stuff, but I'm really seeking how to get to these places so I may be able to get these Elites

u cant get much farther than cavalon unless u complete that mission to get 10K luxon faction. that will take u to the next mission town and continue on.

Unless I'm wrong, I think the elites on the Luxon side after the mission can all also be found on the Kurzick side after their mission.

I think your right on some of them, but Guildwiki has a couple like Unsteady Ground on Luxon Side...

Unsteady Ground is in Maisheng Hills, which you can get to from Cavalon. You don't have to do any Luxon quests to get there.

Unlike the Echovald Forest, you can access most of the Luxon areas without getting the 10k Luxon faction and doing the Gyala Hatchery Mission.
From Zos Shivros exit N to Boreas Seabed (Explorable) then head SW and you will be able to get to Mount Qinkai (Explorable). From Mount Qinkai you can get to the Breaker Hollow (Outpost) which is to the SE when you enter the instance. From Breaker Hollow you can enter Archipelagos (Explorable). In the NE corner of Archipelagos you can enter Maishang Hills (Explorable). There are also a handful of Outposts in these areas that you can access as well. None of them are locked except the Gyala Hatchery Mission Outpost in Maishang Hills. This is as far as you can go without getting the 10k Luxon faction and then doing the Gyala Hatchery Mission.
Of course if you can already access Cavalon then you can enter Archipelagos directly from there.
The Explorable areas that you cannot access without getting the faction and doing the mission are Silent Surf, Gyala Hatchery, and Rhea's Crater.
Edit - Yes, this isn't entirely correct as you can access these areas by going backwards from Harvest Temple as noted by bigwig and dargon. My response and acknowledgment can be found further down in the thread.

For skill hunter also check out www.xennon.co.uk its also got maps for most. But for ele there are only 2 elites that are not on both sides, unsteady ground and Energy boon, which are both PRE 10k faction requirement. Not every class has a skill only on one side, but many do just like this, so if you're going for skill hunter title... unlock all the outposts, it'll save you in the long run.

are you sure? I know i had stolen eggs still to do, can't remember if i had done befriending the luxons with my assassin, but, when i had as little as 250 lux faction, and zero kurz faction, i entered the unwaking waters explorable area from harvest temple, went to just outside the luxon unwaking waters mission outpost, talked to an npc and got inside. then backtracked my way to every outpost including gyala hatchery, all without doing "the stolen eggs". not sure about befriending.

No, in fact I am not sure now that you mention it. 
But yeah, I think you're right. I was thinking about how you would get through those areas coming from the city rather than backwards and had completely forgotten about those NPCs. Good call and apologies to Neriandal for that bit of misinformation.

Here are some facts:
You can cap all elites if you are a Kurzick (you can travel through the Luxon territories without trouble (but you can't sell anything or buy anything unless you are a Luxon).
There are outposts/cities that you can get into without being a Luxon on the Luxon side.
The reason I know this is because I am a Kurzick who has capped every elite in both campaigns so far. I have entered in a few cities in Luxon Territory (no, not Kurzick outposts that have been captured by the Luxon guilds).
The Gala Hatchery is the last city mission I need to get masters on so I can get Protector of Canthas. Since I have not ventured there yet, I do not know if I can gain enterance into that city mission or not (seeing that I am a Kurzick). If I must renounce my allegiance to the Kurzicks, fine, I'll do it (since I'm from Tyria anyway ).
