Halves Casting Time of Curses(20%)
I know that its a dif req. compared to inherent mod, but the req. only affects the damage, so i still think it might be worth something.
ALso:
Grim Cesta(gold, medusa skin)
Energy+12(req.8 curses)
Curses+1(20% chance while using skils)
Single modded, but it has a nice skin, req, and inherent.
