pc on a weird bow.

Hi i just got this bow with these stats
Shocking flatbow of enchanting
lightning dmg 15-28 req 11
Dmg 14% always
health regen -1
enchantments last 19% longer

i got it from a hydra. i thougth it was weird because of the permanate -1 health degen mod thats not vamparic. is that common?

not super common but not really wanted either.... I'd merch it

the -1 regen is from the 14% damage mod. you'll notice there's not the more commonly seen -5 energy or -10 armor while attacking.
