Guild Wars Is Messed!!!! Help!!

OK I TRYED TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT...AND I CANT! ITS SAYS " GUILD WARS WAS UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ANY SERVER " (CODE=058) anyone else have been getting CODE=058?? most ppl getting CODE=005!

i live in Canada..is anyone else having this same problem right now as well?????

I also live in Canada, Im getting a WONDERFUL Code=005 error whenever I try to play. It's also been very laggy since the nighfall update. it's been horrible, like trying to play on 14.4k and a .5ghz processor discconects me like every 5 minutes

I am having Code 5s as well. But only with certain districts: Lion's Arch, Dunes of Despair. American Servers. I suspect this is not a client, or a networking problem, but an issue on the server side.

Same for me in BC. Can't get in Factions at all, and am currently stuck in LA. Just for curiosity sake, is anyone else with problems on Shaw?

I dont think it's shaw if people in australia are having the same issue. My connection is perfectly fine excluding guild wars. (uses shaw)

Same. BC, Canada. My Tyrian necromancer is able to travel from Seitung Harbor to Senji's Corner to Cavalon, but I get Err=005 if I try to go out into the Archipelagos explorable area. My Tyrian monk can travel from Cavalon to Kaineng and adventure out in Bukdek Byway, but I get Err=005 if I try to map to The Marketplace. Seems random places, I dunno.

Im in BC as well, on shaw.. was having the err 5 problem last night but seems to be ok today

Take Cannonfodder's advice. NCsoft/ArenaNet should be made aware of the problem ASAP. I logged a support ticket and they have responded very quickly and seem to be working on the problem.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one shut out last night. I'm also from BC, Canada & using Shaw hi-speed cable. What's really bizarre is I could not connect to the game server using my 1st primary character (Code 005 error) but I could connect just fine using my backup character, who I don't care about

Had no problems before the Nightfall special preview, but the next couple of days after...talk about LAG!

Everytime I would log in, I would get a "Connecting..." message, pick my character, "Connecting..." Then I finally got into the Shing Jea Monestary on my N/W5, I moved up about 10 steps, and my game froze and my whole internet poofed.

Waited for about 2-3 days, plays fine. So the lag is probably after every HUGE event like that, expect lag because the server is full with people trying to see what it's all about. Same with Halloween and Christmas parties on Guildwars.

I got mine restored all is fine and I am on Shaw aswll don't know what the problem was.

Same, It seems to be ok now ^_^ ... by the way. someone really SHOULD make a BC Guildwars guild, considering the number of people. it would be pretty cool
