I was AB'ing tonight, and came across this Necro/Ranger who as soon as we got into battle began to sac himself.
I tried to get a video of it, but FRAPS didn't want to work for some reason.
Their excuse was that someone did it to him/her a few days back, and Anet wouldn't ban them, so it was only fair that he/she did it back.
Needless to say, we still beat the Kurzicks, even though we had a saccer on team =P
I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks of this, and if they've experienced it themselves.

kurz get a few points for his saccing (5p? or something). How long does it take to sac oneself + ressurection? That shouldnt be much of trouble if the other teams cap and such as proved by the screenshots.

It doesn't affect the game too much, but we still lose one player, and the basis of them doing it is just freakin' stupid.
He was using a Vamp weapon, as well as those three skills. I'd rather have a leaver than a saccer anyday.
I still don't believe it should be allowed, and I've reported it, just waiting on a reply now.

wow he must be a moron... i mean if he really wanted to do it efficiently all he had to do was bring in BiP and cast it 4 times and bam, dead. not having to waste all that time with the other skills. just proves how much of a moron he is. (I in no way support saccing in AB

A necro did the same in an RA group I was in. Before the game started he started using Blood Ritual on the monk, who kept him alive. But he used it again and again until he was dead, and we hadn't even met the enemy team yet. It was also a map where you have to get the most kills.
