HELP!!! problem with GW

i seem to be having some serious problems with guildwars, i will post some pictures and any help will be apreciated.

for your information have lowerd all settings in the options and reinstalled the whole game.

i now have problems uploading pictues, they seem to exceed the maximum kb alouence;.

please help

Usually BMP files are too large for hosting sites such as imageshack, try converting it to jpg, using save as in paint or some program
