An idea for future Halloween events

As I was reading Gailes responses to the wear your pumpkin helm all month, I read: And it struck me that what would be a REALLY cool addition to these Halloween events, would be temporary armor skins. Basically you can get it from a collectors OR it could just be a plain NPC says here ya go! To me it doesn't really matter. But we don't want to force these wicked skins on those who don't want to look festive, but we also don't want it nearly unobtainable either.

Ideas for costumes are:
(Obviously) witches/warlocks
Mummies
Frankenstien/Bride of Franky (I see wammos wearing this in my mind)
Ghost, complete with the illusion of floating
Zombies (brain eating types)

Now I KNOW these are not something that could be obtained this year and I am not sure if anyone has actually posted this idea before (so try not to be to harsh ). Again for those with storage issues already and to prevent newbs from being scammed 20k for an armor set, I would suggest it just be temporary and of course we get to keep whatever the helm for that year is as usual.
Maybe this could be an idea for next year, or years down the road, who knows but I personally think it would be fun! Further ideas welcome ^_^

It's almost time for me to be getting another headdress anyway.

More stuff for the development team to waste their time and keep their minds away from what should be in the game, a stuck and reconnects feature. I dont really have an opinion on what should be added to halloween events, because honestly I don't care about them. Go ahead and add more useless garbage so that the carebear crowd grin for a day or two.

As I said its a project that could be extended over quite some time and not something to be implimented this year by any means. The idea skins are not so original that it would take massive amounts of time, like the 15k and FoW and so forth, so as for interupting the things they SHOULD be dealing with thats not the issue or case and I cannot see dedicating a whole bloody team to it either, in reality it isn't complex like other things that are asked for.
The concept designs are your typical mental images of halloween spooks, nothing overly difficult.

How about intested of making it temporary armor, it could be armor that lasts the full year round, but it isn't customized and can't be.

And there'd be one piece: the chest piece, and it'd give your full body that look (show helmet feature would still work for the head part of the suit).

And no armors for necros because they are already dressed up.

how bout instead of making the armor temerary, make it customzed to ur char so no1else can wear them?

abyssal hunter: even though people cannot wear others customized armor and weapons that doesn't stop scammers from selling it to noobs who don't know any better. I'd rather avoid that honestly cause the same question comes up every day in Ascalon: "Hey can I buy your armor?"
However if its that temporary or its uncustomized then it wouldn't be an issue at all.

What about a Costume Ball?
Where when you enter this town/outpost area, you will automatically be dress as one of the mob of the game.

Not sure if want to make it automatic or allow you to choose (if allow to choose, than might associate with certain quests to unlock those costumes).

If it is to be an inventory, make it customized to you only.

Hmm what I think is that they should use the hero armour system for special halloween armour sets (AL increases as u lvl up)

And we can kinda choose what type of halloween armour like one similar to Glad Armour for warriors can make u look like a ghostly hero? (as in Ghost)
also I think that as this years new headwear it should be a ghost cloak (where when u put it on it goes completely around you and makes u look like one of those sheet ghosts u see kids dressed up with.)

I'm so going to Spam Anet with suggestions XD they are gonna be going through their mail for weeks.
