For 20 seconds, you attack 25% faster. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on you. 25e 2c 20r

Is it overpowered?

Oddly enough for a skill linked to a primary attribute, any profession can effectively use it. Warriors, for example, can use this along with "Watch Yourself" for a permanent IAS.

Or if any other attatcking profession is grouped with a Paragon or the aforementioned Warrior, they would get permanent IAS as well.

We should wait till the release before we start saying whats under or over powered.

25 en is a bit much for a war though
