Pardon me if this has been discussed before. When running the W/Ra build to farm totem axes (ref. Guild Wiki), there is a point where my energy gets down to 0 (due to Debilitating Shot from the Redwood Sheperds). When I try to use Healing Signet, it tells me that I do not have enough energy. My energy has to build back up to around 10 before I can use HS, even though the cost for its use is listed as 0.
Is this a bug or something intentional for the skill to be used?

the sheperds use the ritual primal echoes, forcign your heal sig to cost 10 energy need to get out of range to use your sig
