I am looking for a perfect hexed eternal sheild in req 8 (strength obviously). It needs to be -3 hexed + 60 hexed, no close calls, no higher reqs please, I already have a - 3 + 60 in a req 9 and I am looking to upgrade. The req 9 can be offered in part exchange if necessary.
